.In this role, you will design and deliver impactful user experiences for complex B2B products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers. You will lead research initiatives, create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction models, and ensure designs meet user needs through testing and validation. The position requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. You will also help refine processes, champion usability improvements, and contribute to shaping the product vision in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for B2B software products, from discovery to delivery.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and detailed specifications to communicate design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution of designs.
- Act as a point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders to align design strategy and vision.
- Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior designers when needed.
- Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing shippable B2B products.
- Proven track record of influencing product direction and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong experience in user research, testing, and validating design decisions.
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineering and product management teams.
- Portfolio showcasing complex, elegant, and user-centered design solutions.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related discipline.
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise software, developer tools, and cloud technologies.
