Job Description

Preferred candidate profile:

*Candidate should be able to join within 15 Days.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting Market metrics Fill rate ( Line & Pieces ) & Backorders
Procurement of service parts from Domestic & Import Suppliers & Overseas plant
Perform Denied order root cause analysis and work towards implementing containment action. Address root cause of low or negative inventory using 5 Why analysis to address the actual supply concern.
Ensure all open issues are tracked on weekly basis in issue log with specific details and updates
Participate in Weekly Critical supplier constraints meeting with Buyers
Interface with Internal department ( Eg Purchasing , Engineering , Supplier , Dealer ) to resolve part issues.
Escalate issues as necessary to Managers & Leads for timely dispute resolution
Have an understanding of All time buy ( ATB/LBO/ LTB ) along with MOQ
Resolve supply issues for parts with Low or negative inventory ( Backorder Critical ) by expediting inventory movement. Ensure to maintain sufficient Months of supply and proactively highlight issues needing management support.
