Role & responsibilities:

Deliver transformation projects in the dealership network based on project objectives.
Promote
quality and customer centricity
.
Coach, mentor, supervise
, and instill accountability among participants.
Collaborate with
dealership and regional teams
to roll out content/projects.
Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions.
Ensure
process implementation and adherence
.
Identify
gaps
between ideal and actual standards and address through
OJT (On-the-job training)
.
Ensure
KPI achievement
through adherence both Sales and Service indicators.
Work to improve KPI adherence and
customer satisfaction
.
Develop systems to monitor SOP compliance across the network.
Stay updated on tools, policies, and processes to guide dealerships.
Provide updates to regional teams on deployment status and action plans.
Conduct
periodic and sustenance audits
.
Maintain timely communication with network and regions; provide daily updates.
Drive
commercial contribution
through process efficiency.
Engage
Dealer Principals
for program implementation and adherence.
