Prior industry/ consulting/ entrepreneurial experience in a fast-paced client facing role delivering on Digital Transformation, Process assessment related responsibilities

Key responsibilities on this role may include but not be limited to:

Process Consulting knowhow:

▪

Deep understanding of the industrials vertical & the ability to contexualize industry problems

▪

Understanding of digital tools such as SAP, Orcale & Business Intelligence suits etc.

▪

Process understanding with hands on experince in Supply chain & Business operations

▪

Process assessment & benchmarking skills, prior exposure to Signavio/ Celonis would be a plus

▪

Project management skills preferrably with experience in Agile & LEAN methodologies

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal as well as written)

▪

Right attitude with the willingness to work in demanding client environment

▪

Undertake necessary upskilling efforts to learn cutting edge technology & solutions

▪

Business acumen to drive meaningful stakeholder engagements
