Role Profile: Senior Process Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Process Specialist to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the success of the business by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision, in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.

Reporting to Manager, the Senior Process Specialist will have responsibility for the following key areas.

Role description and responsibility overview

Transaction Processing

Accounts Payable: PO matching, invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment run preparation

Accounts Receivable: Customer invoicing, receipts matching, debtor chasing (as directed)

Bank Reconciliations: Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and other cash items

Month-End Support

Posting standard journals (accruals, prepayments, payroll entries).

Supporting schedules for month-end pack (e.g., GRNI, intercompany, expense tracking)

Data Management & Admin

Maintenance of master data (vendor/customer records)

Filing and documentation support for audits and compliance

Support in populating trackers and internal reports.

Other Support Tasks

Ad-hoc financial analysis or data clean-up

Expense claim processing (if applicable)

Support for new system rollouts or migrations

Candidate profile

CA/ACCA qualified with 1 to 2 years PQE or MBA Graduate

2-5 Years experience in accounts Payable, Receivable, bank reconciliation and general ledger support.

Proficiency in English communication.

Communicates clearly and concisely

Focused on internal and external client needs

Calm and focused under pressure

Delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency

Works with the utmost integrity, does the right thing

Structured thinker, anticipates and solves problems

Location / Hours Noida. Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 - 20:00 on a [weekly rotating basis]
