Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Process Engineer (Onshore) at OCS Services in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, you will be a key contributor to FPSO operations from the onshore base. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in offshore production processes, subsea systems, and process optimization to ensure operational excellence and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with offshore teams to maintain operational performance and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the Technical Advisor for FPSO operations, providing input to Operational Performance Standards - Collaborate with offshore teams for process optimization - Mentor team members through technical knowledge-sharing - Oversee well management, separation, compression, and gas export processes - Ensure regulatory compliance and utilize process engineering software tools for optimization and troubleshooting Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant discipline - 10+ years of experience in process engineering or production operations, with at least 5 years specifically in Oil & Gas or FPSO operations - Hands-on experience with high-pressure gas fields, subsea systems, and topside operations - Knowledge of FEED, conceptual & detailed design processes, and simulation tools like HYSYS, PIPESIM, and OLGA - Familiarity with CMMS (SAP / IFS) and maintenance systems - Offshore/FPSO experience preferred Additional Details: OCS Services is a trusted leader in the Oil & Gas sector, specializing in Operations & Maintenance, Asset Integrity Management, and Integrated Crew Management.
