Your experience in the selection and design of equipment/packages like Pumps, Compressors, Mechanical Seals, Gearbox, Mixers, Fans, Blowers, and various process packages will be essential for the successful execution of projects. In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be required to perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor or management, within the reasonable scope of your skills and role within the organization. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering, along with 10-20 years of basic and detailed engineering experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical industry. Knowledge of International Codes & Standards, Value Engineering, Project Management, and Mechanical Engineering workflow is essential for this role. Your communication skills, leadership abilities, decision-making capabilities, and teamwork skills will be crucial for successful project delivery. You should possess core competencies such as analytical thinking, planning, organizing, flexibility, and business acumen. Additionally, your commitment to Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) rules will be paramount in creating a safe and sustainable work environment. This is a permanent role based in Mumbai/Vadodara, with occasional travel requirements.
