Senior Pre Sales Executive

Job Purpose / Overview:

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a reputed System Integrator (SI) company

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Lead Generation

  – Identify and qualify new business opportunities within BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, and other enterprise sectors.

• Client Engagement & Solution Showcasing

  – Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored IT infra, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.

• Networking & Relationship Building

  – Leverage existing network and build new industry connects to generate business leads.

• Proposal & Contract Management

  – Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both client and company.

• Team Handling

  – Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing BD team to achieve revenue targets.

• Market Insight & Reporting

  – Provide regular updates on pipeline status, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities.

• Event Participation & Brand Awareness

  – Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• Experience:

5–20

Mandatory: Must have worked in a reputed System Integrator (SI) company.

• Proven track record in IT Infra, Networking, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions sales

• Strong understanding of OEM alliances, enterprise procurement, and government tendering process (GEM portal experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Go-getter attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
