We are looking for a skilled Senior PR and Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of experience to lead our marketing efforts and enhance the reputation of The Leela Palace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, marketing, and brand management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Manage and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, and other stakeholders to secure positive publicity.
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and print publications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on brand management and development.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and current market trends.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with marketing automation tools, social media management platforms, and content creation software.
