Senior Power Point Designer

Role Overview

• We are looking for a highly creative, detail-driven PowerPoint Designer who will work across our Commercial, Delivery, and Operations teams to produce sophisticated presentations, infographics, and microapp-style decks that communicate strategy, execution, and results with visual clarity and confidence
• This is not a basic slide-making role it's a storytelling-through-design position embedded in the core functions of the company

Accountability

• Own End-to-End Visual Execution: Take full responsibility for the visual quality, brand alignment, and accuracy of all presentation materials
• Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Executive leaders to understand presentation goals, translate them into visual formats, and iterate quickly
• Manage Timelines with Precision: Deliver under tight deadlines with accountability to internal stakeholders and enterprise clients
• Maintain Visual Systems: Uphold and evolve MostEdges brand standards, including slide templates, icon systems, and visual assets

Scope of Work

• Design high-impact presentations for client pitches, internal strategy reviews, product overviews, financial updates, and training modules
• Create branded master decks, reusable templates, and modular slide components
• Translate complex data and operations workflows into clean, elegant infographics and visual dashboards
• Build interactive or clickable presentations (PowerPoint-based microapps) for demos, kiosks, or walkthroughs
• Incorporate subtle motion graphics, transitions, and animations to elevate delivery without overdesigning
• Collaborate with the Design, Brand, and Data teams to source visuals, embed charts, and align with storytelling arcs
• Expected Outcomes/Outcome Measurement Executive-Ready Presentations100% brand-aligned, on-message, visually engaging decks delivered on time
• Template & Visual Systems Build Enterprise-grade master decks, icon libraries, and reusable components created and maintained Cross-Team Enablement Presentations that increase win rates (commercial), improve clarity (operations), and enhance stakeholder trust (delivery)
• Design Impact Positive feedback from stakeholders; increased reuse of visual templates across teams Efficiency & Scalability Improved turnaround times, reduced dependency on external agencies or inconsistent design output

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing business presentations at a senior or agency levelMastery in Microsoft PowerPoint; skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, grid systems, and color theory
• Proven experience working with executive teams and handling sensitive informationAbility to translate abstract ideas and operations into compelling visual stories
• Experience designing clickable, interactive decks or digital brochures a strong plusClear communicator with collaborative energy and pride in precision
