What You'll Do Visual Creation & Innovation Develop visually compelling designs that align with our brand and campaign goals Explore new design approaches within brand guidelines, incorporating illustrations and iterating based on feedback Demonstrate strong skills in layout, colour, composition, and typography Logo, Toolkit & Typography Design Create impactful logos and toolkits that strengthen campaign identity and audience connection Stay current with typography trends and use diverse font styles to elevate design quality and communication Strategic & Business-Aligned Design Use design expertise to solve business challenges and support organisational objectives Ensure all design outputs align with Klooks strategic direction and maintain brand consistency Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate business insights into design solutions Project Ownership & Execution Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while working autonomous Take ownership of tasks from concept to delivery, driving projects forward with clarity and creativity Teamwork & Communication Collaborate smoothly with cross-functional and cross-regional teams through strong communication Maintain a team-focused mindset to ensure coordination, cohesion, and successful project outcomes What Youll Need A qualification in graphic, brand, and digital design A minimum of 3 years' experience as a designer within a creative team, in a marketing or creative agency setting Able to speak and write in English fluently Demonstrated expertise in visual creation, identity design, and typography exploration through a diverse portfolio Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), comfortable with navigating between software Adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality Proven ability to excel in an independent work environment Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer We hire talented and passionate people of all backgrounds We believe that a joyful workplace is an inclusive workplace, one where employees from all walks of life have an equal opportunity to thrive Were dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive culture where everyone belongs Klook does not accept unsolicited resumes from any temporary staffing agency, placement service or professional recruiter (Agency) Klook will not be responsible for, and will not pay, any fees, commissions or other payments related to such unsolicited resumes An Agency must obtain advance written approval from Klooks Talent Acquisition Team to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully-executed agreement for service and in response to a specific job opening for which the Agency has been requested to submit resumes for Klook will not be responsible for, and will not pay, any fees, commissions or other payments to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place or does not comply with the foregoing
