Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Design Fellow to join our team at TinkerHub, a community-driven nonprofit initiative that aims to make learning technology and innovation accessible to everyone. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in designing for event-based activities or community initiatives.

Roles and Responsibility

Design social media creatives, posters, and visual content for TinkerHubs campaigns and events.
Maintain and strengthen TinkerHubs visual identity and branding across all platforms.
Collaborate with teams to design assets for both online and offline communication.
Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns, storytelling formats, and design experiments.
Manage design files, templates, and maintain consistency across all visual outputs.

Job Requirements

Passion for design, creativity, and community-driven initiatives.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Prior experience in designing for event-based activities or community initiatives is mandatory.
A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity is required.
