We are looking for a highly motivated and curious individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team as a Maker Fellow in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in hardware and software tinkering, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in community-driven innovation. Roles and Responsibility Support and guide community members on hardware and software projects. Set up and maintain maker tools, workstations, and lab equipment. Host build sessions, demos, or maker hours for the community. Collaborate with the TinkerSpace team on events, open labs, and experiments. Document builds, prototypes, and learning outcomes for others to learn from. Explore, experiment, and learn new things in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements Curiosity to explore, experiment, and learn new things. Interest in hardware (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, etc.) and/or software tinkering. Good communication and collaboration skills. Genuine interest in community-driven innovation and open learning. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
