What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to enhance its reliability, incorporating features like custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring optimal access levels and security settings.
- Import, export, and maintain data within Salesforce, conducting cleanup and deduplication when necessary.
- Experience in Salesforce administration, including user account maintenance, security settings, and workflow rules.
- Experience in application support, including triaging incidents and assisting support teams in resolving issues.
- Proven experience in optimizing the Salesforce platform for performance, security, and audit.
- Experience in understanding and implementing Salesforce AI capabilities will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience in Implementing Integrations with various systems.
- Support on SSO, certificates, backup & recovery, and key encryption issues.
- Monitor transactions and performance with Dynatrace, including event monitoring, notifications, and logging errors.
- Support for pen testing requirements.
- Onboard all privileged users to CyberArk and non-privileged users to Aveksa for regular user access management.
- Rotate service/integration account credentials every 60 days and store them in CyberArk Safe.
- Conduct a proof of concept on using Azure KeyVault as an alternative to CyberArk to automate credential rotation.
- Perform non-release dependent changes based on requirements and approvals.
- Implement findings of Salesforce Optimizer to enhance performance and security of the platform.
- Implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines for Salesforce applications using CI/CD tools.
- Ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes across different Salesforce environments.
- Develop and maintain automation processes using Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow to streamline business processes.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to offer insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their requirements and provide Salesforce solutions.
- Provide user support, answer questions, and offer training to ensure effective platform utilization.
- Work with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
- Maintain data security and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Keep detailed records of configuration changes, customizations, and user guides for the Salesforce platform.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is often required or highly recommended.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce tools and features, with familiarity in data management, database concepts, and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, components, and deployment mechanisms.
- Understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and design solutions within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration, understanding requirements, and providing effective training and support.
- Project management skills for handling Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with Salesforce support when necessary.
- Collaborative attitude to work with different teams and departments.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and best practices.
- Must have : Salesforce AdminDeveloper background , Dynatrace, Commvault, Shield Encryption, Azure Key Vault , SSO, CyberArk.
