As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at Multiplier AI, you will play a vital role in independently managing multiple Google Ads accounts for leading global pharma and healthcare brands. Your responsibilities will include: - Independently handling and managing multiple Google Ads accounts across healthcare and non-healthcare clients. - Planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms. - Owning end-to-end campaign handling, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, budgeting, and performance optimization. - Creating, managing, and optimizing Google My Business (GMB) profiles, including listings, categories, posts, reviews, and local SEO alignment. - Driving local and multi-location marketing strategies for hospitals and clinics. - Conducting search intent, audience, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads with strong account handling and campaign management expertise. - Proven experience in GMB profile creation, optimization, and local SEO. - Strong command of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console. - Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, AEO, and GEO. It would be a plus if you have prior experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare brands, exposure to HCP-focused marketing campaigns, experience with YouTube Ads and video performance marketing, familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, and certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or healthcare marketing.
