The role demands strong hands-on expertise in ads tracking, conversion setup, analytics, and reporting , with the ability to manage a monthly ad spend of INR 10 Lakhs or more . Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube). Manage and scale LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation. Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for retargeting and brand campaigns. Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4) , Google Tag Manager , and conversion tracking. Ensure accurate tracking of leads, events, funnels, and ROI across all platforms. Optimise campaigns based on CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS , and conversion quality. Manage and monitor monthly ad budgets of INR 10 Lakhs+ efficiently. Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and action points.
