Senior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production:

  Edit and produce high-quality videos for brand campaigns, social media, and corporate presentations.

• Motion Graphics & VFX:

  Design and animate stunning motion graphics, titles, and visual effects; integrate 2D/3D assets into live footage.

• Creative Direction:

  Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing, and Design teams to develop storyboards and bring concepts to life.

• Post-Production Mastery:

  Handle color correction, sound design, and mastering for multiple digital platforms.

• Graphic Design Support:

  Create static and animated assets for campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.

• Mentorship & Best Practices:

  Guide junior designers and editors, set workflows, and maintain project file libraries.

• Innovation:

  Continuously explore and implement new tools, AI-powered workflows, and editing trends to elevate output quality.

• Deadline Management:

  Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience:

  5-10 years in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate creative setup.

• Tools Mastery:

  Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, or Blender is a big plus.

• Portfolio:

  A strong body of work that demonstrates storytelling, pacing, and visual creativity across multiple formats.

• Creative Leadership:

  Ability to own the creative process, solve problems under pressure, and mentor team members.

• Collaboration:

  Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Tech Savvy:

  Comfortable working in a macOS environment and staying ahead of design and video trends.
