Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for real estate property listings, walkthroughs, site visits, promotional ads, and brand campaigns
  
• Create short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  
• Add graphics, transitions, sound effects, subtitles, and background music to enhance video quality
  
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and design teams to understand content requirements and branding guidelines
  
• Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and brand messaging across all videos
  
• Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and resolutions
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  
• Maintain and organize raw footage, edited files, and video assets
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 - 4 years of experience as a Video Editor (preferably in Real Estate, Media, or Digital Marketing)
  
• Proficiency in video editing software such as

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animations, and color correction
  
• Understanding of social media video trends and formats
  
• Good sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics
  
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
