Junior Video Editor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and brand videos
• Assist in editing long-form content including YouTube videos and client presentations
• Add subtitles, music, transitions, motion graphics, and basic animations
• Adapt videos according to platform specifications and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with social media managers, designers, and performance marketers
• Implement feedback and revisions quickly and accurately
• Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports
• Ensure deadlines are met as per content calendars and campaign timelines
• Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and editing styles

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, etc.)
• Understanding of social media platforms and video best practices
• Good sense of timing, visuals, and storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve continuously

Preferred Good to Have

• Experience editing social media content or ads
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic VFX
• Familiarity with brand campaigns and performance-driven content
