Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Location - Thane , Wagle Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns on Google Ads across Search, Display, YouTube, and Discovery networks.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Run ongoing A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies.
• Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager to track performance and implement conversion tracking.
• Prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous campaign improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, beta programs, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

• Performance marketing: 3 years (Required)
