Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in running and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads , and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate has experience managing teams and handling budgets of $1 million or more annually . Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Snapchat). Manage and allocate multi-million dollar ad budgets effectively for maximum ROI. Build and lead a performance marketing team, overseeing campaign strategists, analysts, and creative coordinators. Analyze campaign data, create detailed performance reports, and identify areas for growth and efficiency. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives. A/B test landing pages, creatives, and audience segments to improve conversion rates. Stay updated with trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices. Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in digital/performance marketing with a proven track record on Meta & Google Ads. Prior experience managing large-scale ad budgets ($1M+ annually). Experience leading a team or cross-functional performance marketing unit. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel/Sheets. Familiarity with attribution models, pixel/event tracking, and remarketing strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
