About Us: We are a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionizing the way people manage, invest, and access financial services. We're looking for dynamic and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales team and help us scale. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our financial products/services. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert inquiries into customers. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress to the team lead. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and onboarding process. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Fluent in [Hindi + English] or regional languages as required. Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
