Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Partnership & Outreach Manager to lead our efforts in expanding adoption of our English language learning, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), and Teacher Coaching & Professional Development products in the Education sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in education partnerships, a deep understanding of school systems, distribution and publishing sector and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders—from schools and Higher Institutions to state education departments and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification: Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating our English learning language, literacy-numeracy and teacher coaching products.
Sales Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
Sales Presentations: Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products, effectively communicating their value to clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the value of our offerings to clients.
Negotiation skills: Negotiating and closing business deals to promote sustained revenue.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
E-mail Etiquettes: Maintain professional email communication with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Performance driven mindset, providing regular updates to management to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in education partnerships, literacy programs, teacher training, or B2B/B2G education outreach.
Strong Publisher network across pan India mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry.
Excellent relationship-building, storytelling, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and other business tools.
Willingness to explore new opportunities and expand the clientele
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Minimum 3+ years of working experience in a remote setup
Immediate joiner.
Open to Travel as required.
