Responsibilities include:
● Overseeing receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
● Managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with 3PL.
● Implementing and monitoring warehouse management systems (WMS).
● Maintaining accurate inventory levels.
● Implementing warehouse improvement initiatives.
● RTO and customer return SLA management.
● Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
● Monitoring 3PL performance and freight reconciliation.
● Identifying correct packaging and maintaining packaging inventory.
● Team hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
● Preparing and sharing reports with stakeholders.
KPIs include:
● GRN & In-ward
● Order processing & dispatch
● Delivery TAT
● RTO Management
● Return Management
● Inventory & freight reconciliation
● Order cycle time
● 3PL co-ordination
● Warehouse Capacity utilization
● Team training & performance monitoring
● Packaging inventory planning
● Logistics & warehouse costing
