Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for experienced and proactive Level 2 Network Operations Engineers to join our Global Network Support Team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the stability, performance, and scalability of our enterprise network infrastructure. The engineer will focus on incident resolution, change execution, and continuous service improvement, ensuring high availability and adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 24x7 operational support for enterprise network and Wi-Fi services.
  • Monitor network health and respond to alerts and incidents in real-time.
  • Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of network issues.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 3 or vendor support.
  • Execute network changes in compliance with change management protocols.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, changes, and configurations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to problem management efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Incident Management, Service Desk, and Infrastructure.
  • Recommend and implement performance optimization strategies.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, network documentation, and knowledge base articles.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for escalations and service improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in network operations or support.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto network devices.
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN, NAC, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, PRTG).
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Management of large enterprise networks (5000+ devices).
  • Exposure to multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹11,874.61 - ₹90,292.53 per month
