Senior NOC Engineer

As an NOC Engineer with a specialization in 4G LTE and 5G core network skillset, you are expected to have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience and should be proficient in tools such as Keysight IxLoad, VIAVI TeraVM, Spirent Landslide, Rohde & Schwarz CMX500. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Planning: - Engage with Partners to design and deploy Nodes - Analyze end user requirements and prepare Use-cases - Conduct KT sessions with customer partners for Tool Usage education - Operations: - Perform Preventive Health Checks and Optimization - Ensure devices backup and configuration sanity check - Document and report incidents observed/reported by users and partners - Troubleshoot reachability of nodes with partner VNFs - Work closely with partners to resolve peer node issues within SLA - Execute available test scenarios both automated and manual - Configuration management: - Configure/integrate Peer nodes with testing solution - Fine tune Test cases to meet end User Objectives - Create new Test cases using available features - Execute Load Testing Scenarios for Individual VNFs - Ensure all changes are done with proper approval - Lifecycle Management: - Perform updates, upgrades, and new Solution Tests - Assess & mitigate security threats and comply with internal Security Policy - Follow up via support channel for issue resolution - Support User acceptance testing before Go-Live Additionally, you will be responsible for User Access Management in the testing solution. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Health insurance, Paid sick time, Paid time off, Provident Fund, and work from home option. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday.
