Profile for Senior MS Engineer - Security- DLP Job Description:Responsibilities:Configuration and Management:Configure, monitor, and manage DLP and CASB solutions to protect sensitive data.Develop and implement DLP policies and rules to prevent data breaches.Integrate DLP and CASB solutions with existing security infrastructure.Incident Response:Analyze and respond to DLP incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Compliance and Auditing:Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Prepare and present compliance reports to management.Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users on DLP and CASB best practices.Develop training materials and conduct security awareness sessions.Collaboration:Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure cohesive security strategies.Participate in security compliance efforts and contribute to the development of security policies.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest trends and threats in data security.Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies.Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with DLP and CASB technologies.Proficiency with DLP tools such as Symantec, McAfee, or Forcepoint.Experience with CASB solutions like Netskope, McAfee MVISION Cloud, or Microsoft Cloud App Security.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or related security certifications.Experience with other security technologies like SIEM, endpoint protection, and network security.
