Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore, India (Full-Time) What You'll Do Develop and Deploy Advanced ML Models: Create innovative models for predictive analysis, skill matching, risk mitigation, and AI-assisted task execution. Build Intelligent Systems: Design and implement real-time guidance systems for knowledge workers, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Optimize for Scale: Work with data engineering to build scalable data pipelines and ensure robust, high-performance model deployments. Drive Innovation: Explore and implement emerging AI paradigms like generative models, reinforcement learning, and advancements toward AGI. Improve Model Performance: Conduct A/B testing, MAB, and hyperparameter tuning to continuously enhance model accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product and design teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. Monitor and Maintain: Oversee production model performance, address data drift, and iterate for continuous improvement. What You Bring: Deep ML Expertise: 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science, with a proven track record of deploying models at scale. Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, advanced ML frameworks, algorithms, and data structures. Cloud Experience: Expertise in deploying models on cloud platforms. Specialized Skills: Strong background in recommendation systems, NLP, and predictive analysis. Leadership and Communication: Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and mentoring abilities. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience). Bonus Points: PhD in Machine Learning or AI.
