About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team and lead the development of our ecommerce project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js and MongoDB, with additional experience in Nest.js. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing scalable web applications while guiding junior developers in the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Work on ecommerce project to deliver high-performance and secure web applications.
• Implement and optimize backend services using Nest.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Manage database architecture, queries, and performance tuning with MongoDB.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team growth.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (MERN stack).
• Strong expertise in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization).
• Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Nest.js for backend development.
• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and authentication systems is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on ecommerce projects.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and scalable application architecture.
• Experience in mentoring or leading a development team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
