The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Node.js , Express.js , and databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB , along with experience in microservices architecture , Docker , and CI/CD pipelines . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting directly with clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js . Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions . Develop and integrate React.js components for front-end functionalities. Manage containerization and deployment using Docker and CI/CD pipelines . Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in client calls , gather requirements, and communicate technical solutions effectively. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Backend Developer (MERN Stack preferred). Strong proficiency in Node.js , Express.js , and JavaScript (ES6+) . Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB . Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs . Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and Docker . Good understanding of React.js and front-end integration. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and prior experience in client-facing roles .
