About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong backend development experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, along with experience in microservices architecture, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
• Develop and integrate React.js components for front-end functionalities.
• Manage containerization and deployment using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in client calls, gather requirements, and communicate technical solutions effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Backend Developer (MERN Stack preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and Docker.
• Good understanding of React.js and front-end integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and prior experience in client-facing roles.
