The ideal candidate will be an expert in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, capable of developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Design and implement dynamic, responsive UIs using React.js, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Back-End Development: Develop robust APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Database Management: Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases ensuring data integrity and high performance.
• API Integration: Integrate internal and third-party APIs to extend application functionality.
• Version Control: Use Git for source code management and team collaboration.
• Deployment: Deploy and maintain web applications on cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality features.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with modern MERN stack trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong emphasis on MERN stack technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Front-End: Proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Back-End: Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Database: Expertise in MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and Git-based collaboration workflows.
• API Integration: Experience in integrating and managing RESTful APIs.

Soft Skills:
