Senior MERN Stack Developer

As a Node.js Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Next.js. You will also integrate third-party APIs, manage backend logic, and write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers (MS SQL / PostgreSQL). Your contributions to system architecture and performance tuning will be crucial, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints. Additionally, conducting code reviews and supporting junior developers will be part of your role. Your qualifications should include a strong proficiency in Node.js and Next.js, hands-on experience with SQL (MS SQL/PostgreSQL), and a solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, as well as experience with performance tuning and scalable architecture, are necessary. A good understanding of Agile development processes and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code are also essential. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a 75%+ academic record. Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems, exposure to DevOps workflows, and familiarity with SQL databases and indexing strategies would be advantageous.
