Senior MERN Stack Developer

We’re Hiring: MERN Stack Developer (On-site | Indore)

Location: Indore (Only candidates currently residing in Indore are eligible)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Eligible Batches: 2024–2025 (B.Tech CS/IT, BCA, MCA, BSc CS/IT)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate MERN Stack Developer who loves building high-quality, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is someone who writes clean and modular code, has strong grip over React & Node.js, and has independently completed at least two MERN stack projects.

You will join a collaborative and growth-focused environment where your ideas, creativity, and problem-solving skills will be valued.

Your Responsibilities

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Implementing Redux for efficient and scalable state management
• Improving application performance and participating in deployment workflows
• Collaborating with the team to enhance UI/UX and backend architecture
• Debugging issues and ensuring smooth functionality across modules
• Writing clean, optimized, and reusable code following best practices
• Contributing to team discussions and suggesting technical improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with MERN technologies
• Must have completed at least 2 full MERN stack projects independently
• Strong knowledge of:
• React.js
• Node.js
• Express.js
• MongoDB
• Proficiency in:
• Redux
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• REST APIs
• Git / Version Control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results
