Senior MERN Stack Developer

As a Sr. MERN-Stack Developer at our company in Surat, you will play a crucial role in the development team. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, writing efficient code, and ensuring the quality of delivered projects. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and functional specifications through active involvement. - Write well designed, testable, and efficient code. - Be proficient with code versioning tools like Git, SVN, and Mercurial. - Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables. - Adhere to industry best practices and contribute to internal coding standards. - Demonstrate a strong command of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. - Possess a deep understanding of React.js, Node.js, and its core principles. - Collaborate with Project Management to assess new functionality requests and support the Sales team in scoping new projects. - Identify and resolve complex issues within the development team. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team. - Foster a collaborative work environment and be an effective team player. - Ensure quality projects are delivered within defined timelines.
