Position Overview

The Senior Merchandiser will independently manage buyer accounts, drive product development, and ensure seamless order execution. You will act as the key liaison between buyers and internal teams while mentoring junior merchandisers.

Key Responsibilities

Buyer Management

• Handle assigned international buyer brands like Streetone, Cecil (CBR Group) .
• Manage daily communication, approvals, and seasonal requirement alignment.
• Support price negotiations and ensure compliance with buyer SOPs.

Team & Process Support

• Guide junior merchandisers and assistants on order follow-up.
• Provide feedback, share knowledge, and troubleshoot execution challenges.

Product Development & Execution

• Oversee sampling, costing, and vendor coordination.
• Track order progress through T&A calendars and ensure timely dispatch.
• Collaborate with production, QA, planning, and logistics teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of woven and knit apparel.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
