Job Description

As a Senior Merchandiser in the Karur based Home textile Industry, you will be responsible for managing the team at the designated location. Your role will involve planning and developing merchandising strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and distributors to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales. You will supervise sample making, price negotiation, price confirmation, and order confirmation. It will be your responsibility to maintain both Sampling and Production Timelines, ensuring product quality and production control for timely order execution and delivery. You will take overall responsibility for inspections, ensuring timely execution of shipments, and analyzing customers" reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs. Desired Qualifications: - Knowledge about woven fabric. - Good knowledge of Product and Costing. - Strong communication skills. - Keen eye for detail. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be part of a company that offers health insurance and yearly bonuses. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
