Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow
• Manage production timelines, scheduling, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams
• Monitor quality standards and operational efficiency
• Manage workforce and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
• Prepare operational reports and improve process efficiency

Skills & Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Operations (Apparel / Garments preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-handling capability
• Ability to manage high-pressure workflow
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset with execution speed
