About The Opportunity

Senior MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP execution of luxury hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, and wellness centers.
• Review and ensure compliance of all MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
• Oversee on-site implementation of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, BMS/IBMS systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, interior designers, and civil teams for integrated project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to NBC, IS codes, ASHRAE, NFPA, and relevant international standards.
• Prepare and manage work schedules, method statements, technical submittals, and commissioning plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Implement energy-efficient, guest-centric MEP strategies to enhance comfort, safety, and sustainability.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of services with necessary documentation and performance reports.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for timely material delivery and execution support.
  

Candidate Profile

• Must have 10–16 years of hands-on MEP experience specifically in the luxury hotel or resort sector.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality-specific MEP requirements, including guest comfort systems and aesthetic integration.
• Strong technical expertise across all MEP domains and ability to lead execution from design stage to final commissioning.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient in software tools like MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD for scheduling and documentation.
  

Preferred Background

• Candidates exclusively from hospitality project backgrounds (Hotels, Resorts, Wellness Retreats).
• Experience working with reputed real estate developers or hotel chains will be an added advantage.
