Job Description

  • Strategic Marketing & Sales Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on real estate sales to meet organizational goals.
    • Design targeted campaigns for new property launches and promotional activities.
  • Real Estate Sales Expertise:

    • Drive sales growth through deep understanding of real estate market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities and threats in Lucknow, Ayodhya, Delhi, and nearby regions.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Lead and mentor marketing and sales teams to achieve targets and improve performance.
    • Collaborate with product development, finance, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Travel & Client Engagement:

    • Travel regularly to Ayodhya, Delhi, and nearby cities for client meetings, property site visits, and marketing events.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Budget Management:

    • Prepare and manage marketing budgets ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
    • Monitor campaign ROI and report results to senior management.
  • Brand Building & Communication:

    • Strengthen brand positioning in the real estate market through effective communication and promotional activities.
    • Oversee content creation, digital marketing, and advertising efforts.
  • Experience & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales, preferably in senior leadership roles.
    • MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
    • Proven track record of successful real estate project marketing and sales.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make data-driven decisions.
    • Willingness to travel extensively as per job requirements.
