Job Description

Calling & Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate leads and maintain follow-up calls to convert prospects into customers.

Customer Interaction:

Handle customer queries, provide product information, and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain a positive and courteous communication style at all times.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in company CRM or databases.
Update customer information regularly and prepare reports on daily/weekly call activities.

Excel & Reporting:

Utilize MS Excel for maintaining data sheets, tracking sales, and generating reports.
Prepare simple data analysis and summaries to support sales strategies.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse customer profiles.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales techniques.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or related roles.

Qualification:

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills are mandatory.

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidates only, as per company policy or role requirements.
