Senior Marketing Manager


Role Description:

As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building brand visibility, driving exhibitor and visitor acquisition, and enhancing the overall event experience through data-driven and creative marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns

     across digital, social, PR, and partnerships to promote CMPL Expo and related events.
  • Lead exhibitor and visitor marketing initiatives

     — including B2B email automation, lead generation, and content marketing.
  • Oversee brand communication

     — website, digital ads, brochures, videos, and event creatives in collaboration with internal and external design teams.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets

     and ensure strong ROI across all channels.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships

     with media houses, trade associations, and influencers.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams

     to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics

     to optimize campaign effectiveness and event outcomes.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in 

    B2B event marketing

    , exhibitions, or brand marketing (FMCG/retail sector exposure preferred).
  • Strong understanding of 

    digital and performance marketing tools

     (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, CRM, and automation).
  • Excellent copywriting and creative briefing skills.
  • Experience in 

    content and community marketing

     for professional audiences.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Strategies.
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Market Research.
  • Experience in working with B2B platforms or industry expos is preferred.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
