Role Description

This is a full-time Exhibition Director role, based on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Exhibition Director will oversee the planning, design, and execution of existing and new events. Daily tasks include managing budgets, coordinating with exhibitors and suppliers, strategic planning to enhance event experience, and leading sales efforts to attract new exhibitors and sponsors. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience in event management.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Budgeting and Strategic Planning
  • Skills in Exhibit Design and Event Planning
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the exhibition or event management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
