What You’ll Do

• Own and scale marketing strategies

  to deliver on business KPIs – acquisition, retention, ARPU, and revenue.
• Lead

  personalised, data-driven campaigns

  across digital channels (App, Web, Email, Push, WhatsApp, Social).
• Drive

  experimentation

  – A/B tests, segmentation strategies, and journey optimisations.
• Partner with

  CXOs, Product, Tech, Analytics, and Creative teams

  to execute high-impact growth initiatives.
• Mentor and guide mid-level teams to achieve performance excellence.
• Stay ahead of

  industry innovations

  and implement best practices.

What You Bring

• 8–15 years

  of marketing leadership experience in

  Internet/Ecommerce/Fintech/Consumer Tech/Mobile Apps

  .
• Proven track record of

  scaling growth and improving key marketing metrics

  (CTR, CPA, LTV, retention).
• Strong expertise with marketing & analytics tools (

  Google Analytics, MoEngage, WebEngage, Mixpanel, Clevertap, SQL, Tableau, Power BI

  , etc.).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and

  cross-functional leadership

  skills.
• Strategic thinking paired with

  hands-on execution

  capability.
