Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Spreeh. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, go-getter to join Spreeh as a Marketing Manager, someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is ready to lead with energy and ownership. You’ll be responsible for:Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growthLeading and managing a small but dynamic marketing teamOverseeing end-to-end digital marketing and performance campaignsManaging social media marketing across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platformsCollaborating with content, design, and vendor teams to shape narratives and campaignsTracking KPIs, analyzing data, and refining strategies for better performance Bringing new creative ideas to life, from reels to influencer collabs to offline activations Qualifications:Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Management skills1-3 Years Experience in MarketingStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience in managing social media and digital marketing channelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProject management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the events or wedding industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
