Senior Marketing Associate

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive who can lead marketing initiatives, drive brand visibility, and support business growth through strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, market research, campaign execution, and lead generation — especially within technology or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales and branding goals
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and SEO-based promotions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities
• Create professional marketing collaterals such as product brochures, presentations, and case studies
• Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies for new offerings
• Coordinate with sales teams for lead generation, tracking, and follow-up activities
• Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing roles (preferably in industrial/tech domains)
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and customer-focused sales strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, SEO/SEM, analytics tools, etc.)
• Ability to design high-quality content and branding material
• Good project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
