Senior Marketing Associate

As a Senior Marketing Associate for ICFAI Group MBA Programs, your role is to promote the MBA offerings and lead a dedicated team. You will be responsible for contacting prospective students, counseling them about the various MBA programs offered (Online, Distance, Executive MBA), and driving admissions. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads primarily from corporate employees through various channels such as individual/group presentations, information desks, roadshows, and networking. - Counsel prospective students effectively and convert leads into admissions. - Achieve and manage individual sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Graduation is mandatory. - 5-10+ years of experience in sales or marketing. - Preferred backgrounds include Education, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Space Selling, FMCG, Telecom, etc. - Last 3 years should ideally be in Corporate Sales B2B. Skills Required: - Strong local market knowledge where the target segment is located. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in vernacular, Hindi, and English. - Internet savvy with strong closing skills and a results-oriented approach.
