Role brief:

This role focuses on developing compelling narratives that highlight Goodera's mission, impact, and category leadership. The candidate will create and refine content for client campaigns, proposals, and event decks, ensuring consistency across all client communications. They will collaborate with Sales, CSM, Category, and NPO teams to maintain high-quality standards in all collaterals. The role also supports GTM initiatives through strategic storytelling that enhances client engagement. A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative professional with strong communication skills will excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling narratives that effectively communicate Goodera's mission, impact, and category leadership.
  • Create and refine content for client campaigns, proposals, and event presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Category, and NPO teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all client-facing communications.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality across all catalog collaterals through thorough review and analysis.
  • Support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by developing strategic collaterals and storytelling content that enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Implement and uphold rigorous quality control measures to ensure the excellence of Goodera's catalog offerings, delivering a seamless and impactful experience for clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams with client-specific requirements and catalog-related needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institution.
  • 23 years of professional experience in content marketing, brand communications, or client marketing roles.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible narratives.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with an aptitude for data analysis to derive meaningful insights.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to CSR, sustainability, or corporate volunteering will be an added advantage.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset, capable of working independently and delivering results with minimal supervision.
