About the Role


We are seeking a senior-level marketing analytics and attribution specialist to lead performance data strategy across our paid media programs. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong foundation in tracking, attribution modelling, and data validation across web, advertising, and CRM systems.

You’ll take ownership of our existing tracking and attribution infrastructure and elevate it with cleaner insights, better platform alignment, and more reliable campaign reporting. This role requires both implementation skill and strategic thinking across systems. You’ll work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure full-funnel performance data is accurate, timely, and actionable.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and optimise the attribution framework across media platforms, web analytics, and internal systems
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and event tagging across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and others
  • Manage tagging standards, source tracking logic, and consistent campaign attribution structures
  • Implement and maintain campaign tagging and UTM governance frameworks
  • Support proper data flow into downstream reporting tools or CRM systems
  • Identify gaps in attribution accuracy and proactively resolve inconsistencies
  • Document event structures, tracking flows, and attribution logic for team clarity and scale
  • Build and support reporting visibility that helps the marketing team make budget and optimisation decisions


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, attribution, or tracking implementation roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup
  • In-depth understanding of campaign attribution logic, UTM structures, and source governance
  • Proven ability to align performance data between ad platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience working with call tracking and other first-party attribution layers
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with developers, media buyers, and CRM owners
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, especially for remote collaboration


Preferred Skills


  • Familiarity with downstream CRM or lead capture integration
  • Experience with dashboard creation for performance reporting
  • Knowledge of evolving attribution models in response to signal loss or privacy regulations
  • Comfort working in async, documentation-first team environments
