Job Summary:

Seize the opportunity to thrive as a B2B Account Executive! You will play a pivotal role in converting leads into clients by effectively communicating Sunbase's value proposition and nurturing strong relationships with prospects. As a key player, your mission will be to ensure a seamless and successful end to the sales process, helping prospects transition into satisfied clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm leads and prospects generated through marketing and pre-sales efforts.
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and align them with Sunbase’s solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Sunbase’s value.
  • Follow up regularly with prospective clients to maintain engagement and address any concerns before they become customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to manage the transition after closing deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
  • Serve as a point of contact for prospective clients, addressing queries and building trust throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key prospects who may convert in the future, ensuring they remain engaged with Sunbase's updates and offerings.
  • Manage client objections and provide clear and confident solutions to close deals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on Sunbase’s features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best possible experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of closing deals in SaaS, software, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (experience with Sunbase’s CRM is a bonus!).
  • Familiarity with the solar industry is a plus but not a requirement.

  • No. of Days Working: 5
  • Salary: INR 35,000 monthly
